BABYLETTO RECLINER MODEL: KIWI M11288 Recall
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and out of an abundance of caution, Babyletto is conducting a voluntary recall of certain production lots of the Kiwi Model Electronic Recliner and Swivel Glider with USB port, manufactured between May 2023 and July 2024. Please note that not all units produced within this time are affected.
AFFECTED PRODUCTS
Serial number can be found on a tag on the underside of the recline footrest.
HAVE A RECALLED RECLINER?
You do not need to return the recliner. We will send you a free repair kit. Kits will ship within 2 - 4 weeks

Babyletto has an easy at-home, free of charge repair kit available to fix the issue.
To know if your chair’s production batch is affected, check the lot number. The lot number is located on a tag on the underside of the recline footrest.

Customers with chairs in an affected production lot should immediately unplug and stop using the electric features of the Kiwi Model Electronic Recliner and Swivel Glider.
